Located at the foothills of the Andes, Tipiliuke Lodge is set in the heart of a 50,000-acre working cattle ranch. The ranch was founded in 1909 and was one of the first established ranches in the Patagonia. Tipiliuke Lodge is the perfect place from which to explore the surrounding area by horseback, on foot or bicycle, and fly fishing in the rivers for trout.
The lodge is reminiscent of an English country home. Each of the nine luxuriously appointed rooms have a private bathroom and French windows with views of the gardens. A living room with a wood-burning fireplace is the perfect place to unwind at the end of a long day. If you prefer, outdoor seating areas give a breath of the fresh air with incredible vistas in every direction.
Horseback riding at Tipiliuke Lodge is a wonderful way to explore the Argentine Patagonia. Horseback riding is available for all skill levels. Riders are accompanied by knowledgable guides to explore the more than 50,000 acres of beautiful scenery of Patagonia. Large herds of red deer, Andean condors, guanacos, and even the elusive puma are just some of the varied wildlife that can be seen. After a day of riding, return to the lodge for cocktails and a delicious dinner of authentic regional cuisine.Request Information
