Malilangwe, meaning “Call of the Leopard,” is Zimbabwe’s 100,000 acre private reserve. This massive region is home to some of Africa’s greatest wildlife, including big five game. Malilangwe in Zimbabwe is also known to be a birder’s heaven. With over 400 recorded species of bird and a large population of raptor, Malilangwe Private Wildlife Reserve makes a great spot for fantastic bird photography and watching.

Although there are only two lodges within the park itself, Malilangwe has a lot to offer in the way of activities. Morning, afternoon, and evening game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, walking safaris with a professional guide, and canoeing are just the beginning of Malilangwe’s adventures.
