The en suite chalets at the lodge are constructed of rock and thatch, tastefully appointed with comfortable furnishings and spacious floor plans. Families of up to four may opt for the family chalet for additional room to stretch out. Each chalet offers relief from the midday heat with air conditioning, plus the modern creature comforts of ceiling fans and hairdryers. Bathrooms in each accommodation feature twin basins, and when it’s time to refresh, guests may choose between the indoor or outdoor shower. The exclusive space extends onto a private deck, perfect for relaxing and taking in a sweeping view of the incredible surroundings.

The massive deck at the main lodge offers even more impressive views from the hillside vantage point. Enjoy this panorama of the region and a waterhole from the main lounge, pub, and dining areas.  A swimming pool helps pass the time between game drives, and guests may remain connected with wireless Internet access available in the main lounge. Enjoy meals in the main lodge with fellow safari-goers, or opt for more private dining on the deck of the chalet.

Game drives through the reserve and the neighboring Etosha National Park reveal a unique composition of desert-adapted flora and fauna that astound even the most seasoned safari traveler. Birdlife is plentiful and diverse, and game drives can net sightings of wildebeest, zebra, gemsbok, giraffe, springbok, and even a few members of the Big Five: desert-adapted elephants, lions, and smaller populations of leopards and black rhinoceros.
