The safari-chic style of Babson House draws its inspiration from the 1940s rustic lodges. Supple leathers, earthy finishes, and authentic accents from local artisans lend to the welcoming atmosphere in the cozy converted farm house. Just three luxurious bedrooms are available, each with an en suite bath and a subtle continuation of the home’s inspired safari decor.

A private chef is on hand to prepare all of the day’s meals, served on the private veranda at lunch and in the intimate dining room at dinner. Sink into a leather couch with a cocktail from the bar while awaiting dinner, or peek out the windows to catch a glimpse of the Cheetah Conservation Fund’s furry ambassadors.

Guests are welcome to explore the Cheetah Conservation Fund facilities and learn more about the history of the cheetah in the region. As one of Namibia’s leading organizations for cheetah conservation and rehabilitation, Cheetah Conservation Fund is constantly caring for cheetahs and managing local outreach programs. At the center guests can watch cheetahs on their morning run and see them eat their lunch. Beyond the center, game drives to cheetah habitats and Herero villages are also possible.
