The legendary South Island adventure of Minaret Station begins on the journey there, as guests chopper over the wonders of Lake Wanaka to the lodge’s remote and rugged Southern Alps setting. Minaret Station consists of just four standalone chalets, each harnessing its own unique vista of the surrounding glacial valley landscape. Inside, high country luxury manifests itself through wall-to-wall sheepskin carpets, Geneva iPod surround sound systems, Sheridan bathrobes and slippers, and Evolu botanical bath amenities. The cornerstone of each chalet, however, is found outside in the private in-deck hot tubs, the perfect place to relax and unwind under the stars.
