The contemporary hilltop property’s nine spacious villas are private and serene. Open plans make it seem like you are floating above Lake Wakatipu’s deep blues and the endless snow-topped mountain ranges. Watch the sunset and then sleep the night away in the king or twin beds, swathed in luxury linens.

A gas fireplace provides warmth and a touch of romance. Bath time will never be the same after a soak at Azur Lodge, surrounded by unobstructed views and the scent of lavender oil filling the air. The view from the bay window will make you feel like you are outside. Getting out of bed in the morning isn’t so tough when your feet touch the under-floor heating.
