Reykjavik

Your journey begins in Reykjavik with a privately guided tour of the city. Later join a local chef for a private Icelandic cooking class and craft your own authentic dinner. On your third day in Iceland you will head to Thrihnukagigur Volcano. While here descend 400 feet “Into the Volcano” for an inside view of the crater.

Thingvellir National Park

Next, head off to the Golden Circle. Visit the UNESCO-listed Thingvellir National Park. This means your day is full of waterfalls, geysers, and geological wonders. Your guide will also offer you a unique snorkeling experience at Silfra. After putting on your wet suit, enjoy the view of the continental plates that have shaped Iceland.

Landmannalaugar

Back above water, your Southern Iceland Summer Adventure moves to Landmannalaugar. Climb into a Super-Jeep designed to navigate the terrain with ease. Set off across lava fields, black ash, and scoria deserts. In addition, you can take a dip in one of the natural pools in the area. Meanwhile, be on the look out for whales and puffins. ATV rides, horseback riding, and caving are also possible on this journey. You can choose your own adventure, and we will help you fill your day with excitement.

Reykjanesskagi

Finally, return to Reykjavik by way of Reykjanesskagi. This is a peninsula at the southwestern end of Iceland. A unique excursion takes you over the lava fields to see colorful soil deposits and towering cliffs. In contrast, take a moment to visit the clear waters of Kleifarvatn Lake. Especially enjoy the black sandy beaches as well as rugged coastline. The day ends at Blue Lagoon with a soak in its rich waters. It is the perfect way to relax after your adventure.
