BOOKING WITH KER & DOWNEY
Our award-winning team of designers don’t just help you plan a journey for your clients—they’ve lived it, through their combined 100+ years working at Ker & Downey and traveling the world.
Our team of destination specialists will create a completely custom quote unique to the individual needs of your clients. Each booking is a cooperative process, and we are happy to make revisions in order to confirm the booking and get it just right for your clients. Design fees do apply in certain cases.
To confirm, we ask for a 30% deposit and full payment due 120 days prior to departure. Advance payment terms do vary by destination, service, and seasonality.
A comprehensive final document package will be delivered straight to your client's smartphone with our intuitive and streamlined travel app. Our app is designed to enhance your client's travel experience and brings all your client's trip details right to their fingertips.
Our quotes are inclusive of your agent commission and checks are paid 30 days after the last date of service.
