When to Travel to San Miguel de Allende

When do you want to go? San Miguel de Allende is one of the few year-round destinations in Mexico. You’ll find the best weather between November and March when temperatures are in the 70’s and 80’s. To maximize the best weather and fewer crowds, consider traveling October and November or March and April. If you travel in the Spring, pay close attention to the Easter holidays, however, as the city will be more crowded. 

The rainy season is June through October, however the city’s location prevents the heaviest rain from falling, so it’s still considered a good time to travel to San Miguel de Allende.
