Guest accommodations consist of just 10 Meru tents decorated in the classic safari style and set under the shade of winterthorn and ebony trees on the southern banks of the Zambezi River in the heart of Mana Pools National Park. From the director’s chairs out front, guests can look out onto the Zambezi River and witness the parade of resident hippos, waterbucks, and elephants come to its life-giving waters. Inside, “glamping” is at its most refined with en-suite bathroom facilities, flush toilets, alfresco hot bucket showers, campaign furniture, and 12-volt lighting and charging facilities for those essential safari cameras.
