Ker & Downey’s Baja family adventure begins in Todos Santos, where your ocean view casitas await. Upon arrival, indulge in a gourmet taco welcome dinner prepared by a local chef. Your three days in Todos Santos are full of excitement. Enjoy a family horseback riding experience along the beach, and try your hand at surfing during a private family lesson at Los Cerritos, one of the best surf breaks on the Baja Peninsula. The highlight of your time in Todos Santos, however, is an incredible whale watching excursion through Magdalena Bay. Magdalena Bay is a mecca for wildlife lovers and offers a unique opportunity to get up close with the resident friendly gray whales.
Isla Espiritu Santo
Then set off for Isla Espiritu Santo, located in the Sea of Cortez. Your tented camp accommodations on this deserted island place you in the middle of one of the best marine life viewing destinations in the world. Whales, dolphins, whale sharks, sea turtles, manta rays, and plenty of tropical fish make their home here. Over the course of three days, spend your Baja family adventure doing whatever pleases you. Yoga, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, swimming with sea lions, stand up paddle boarding, bird watching, and hidden lagoon wandering are all on offer. Though hanging around and doing absolutely nothing is also highly encouraged!
San Jose del Cabo
Finally, it is time to say goodbye to your island paradise and experience one of the most amazing opportunities: swimming with whale sharks! You will observe and swim with them in the Bay of La Paz, where they enjoy feeding on plankton. Afterwards, conclude your Baja family adventure with a final overnight in San Jose del Cabo at a luxury resort.
