Property Details

The bungalows of Sol y Luna Lodge & Spa are circular in shape with lovely private verandas bordered by flower gardens. All were constructed from natural materials from the valley including adobe, wood, stone and clay. The interior design reflects the typical Andean décor, with earth tones, local woods and details created by local artisans. There are also two-story family bungalows available with bedrooms on both floors, and suites that have bedrooms on the first floor and a living room on the second.

The lodge prides itself on its sprawling gardens, which have become a “mini-ecosystem”. At least 30 different bird species have been recorded on the grounds, both rare and common, making the lodge itself a birdwatcher’s paradise. There is also a ranch home to a number of the famous Peruvian Paso horses on the grounds, and you can enjoy exciting horseback adventures throughout the Sacred Valley. There are also a number of activities to enjoy at the ranch, such as cultural presentations, barbecues and live music. The Viento Sur activity center offers a number of excursions throughout the Sacred Valley including mountain biking, paragliding and hiking.

The Yacu Wasi Spa comprises a fitness center, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and Spanish bath. The spa offers a number of relaxing spa therapies including beauty treatments and massage services. You can also participate in yoga and tai chi classes or personal sessions at the spa.
