Desert Rhino Camp
Desert Rhino Camp is a luxury safari lodge located in Damaraland. It is set among the rocky hills of this region, yet one feels a true sense of life, beauty and tranquility. This camp is run in conjunction with the Save the Rhino Trust, an organization that has been solely responsible for helping to ensure that these rare, desert-adapted black rhino survive, despite the slaughter that occurred in the 80's and 90's, which nearly elminated the entire species. A portion of guest revenue contributes to the Trust and its rhino conservation projects.
