M/S Triton

Four and seven night cruises are available on the M/S Salacia’s smaller but no less luxurious sister ship, the M/S Triton, which caters to passengers with the most discriminating tastes.

This full size Nile vessel has five public areas for a maximum of 42 passengers in ten individually decorated doubles and ten twin bedded suites, each with two six foot windows, built in closets, dressing area, and full bath and shower. There are two individually controlled air conditioning units in each suite, as well as telephone, piped music, television with in house movies and satellite channels, a VCR with films available at reception, complimentary mini bar, individual safes, fine toiletries, bathrobes, and complimentary slippers. Fresh fruits and gateaux available at the bar of the main lounge are complimentary, as are all beverages (except imported wine and champagne), and room service and laundry are free of charge.

For complete privacy, there is the unique “Bridge Suite", which, as the name implies runs the complete width of the vessel on top of the navigation bridge. It has its own small private "Promenade Deck" curving 180°, overlooking the bow and matching the scenic all-around view from the suite.

The ship features a spacious dining room, lounges, indoor pool, spa, and an outdoor pool tiled with thousands of handmade glass mosaics. The dining salon offers fine a la carte continental cuisine, exotic dishes, and rare local offerings. The chefs will be glad to receive special requests for your favorite dishes or dietary needs, and you may dine whenever you wish. Barbecue luncheons are served on deck, weather permitting. The Elephantine Bar is decorated in Art Deco manner and offers live entertainment, and the Atrium lounge Bar is decorated in English style with gleaming brass and antique pieces.
