Itinerary Description:

Begin your exquisite adventure on arrival in Maun, Botswana, where you will be met and assisted with boarding your light aircraft flight into the spectacular Okavango Delta. Spend three nights at Kanana Camp exploring the necklace of islands on the Xudum River by mokoro, power boat, safari vehicle, and on foot. This is one of the best areas to sample the varied birdlife of the Okavango, including rare sights like Pel’s fishing owl. You can also take a power boat ride to the heronry to visit the breeding and nesting ground for thousands of resident birds.

Head into the Moremi Game Reserve to spend three more nights at Okuti. This generous camp has been designed in the style of an African Village. Journey through mopane woodlands, acacia forests, floodplains, and colorful lagoons, all of which host a breathtaking array of wildlife. Travel back to Maun, and civilization, for your onward flight, taking with you an unforgettable safari experience.
